Blueberry Beet and Basil Smoothie

This blueberry beet and basil smoothie is a perfect summer breakfast! Filled with antioxidant rich blueberries, beets and basil fresh from the garden, the color alone is reason to make this gorgeous smoothie. Plus, it’s super easy to whip up and so delicious!
1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen*
1 c beets, steamed then frozen*
½ c plain Greek yogurt
1 c almond milk*
¼ c packed basil*
*Ingredient available to add to your Imperfect box
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth!
Recipe Notes & Variations
To add some sweetness to your smoothie try using honey, agave or maple syrup. Remember, a little sweetener goes along way so be sure to add small amounts at a time.
